About Us
Our origins

MASTERS is an acronym of Manpower Appraisal Staff Training Executive Re-orientation School. Our administrative office is situated at Calicut in Kerala, India. We have been providing motivational and behavioral training for the last 24 years to the Directors, Managers, Executives, Staff and Workers of various organizations situated in different parts of Kerala and also in Chennai, Bangalore, Mysore and Mangalore. MASTERS was established by Mr. M. Anilkumar and Mr. N S Sreekumar in 1994 with the objective of facilitating the evolution of commercial organizations into centres of human resource development and excellence where “profits” are perceived as a means to facilitate socio-economic improvement rather than an end in itself..

The language skills of our Founder Director, Mr. M. Anilkumar, that is, his ability to communicate in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil has given him the unique opportunity to facilitate learning among the various categories of employees in an organization. From facilitating learning of the Directors and Senior Managers of various companies he has also facilitated attitudinal change of factory workers, salesmen, office staff and so on of reputed companies. His ability to conduct Customer Centric Team Building Workshops with Directors, Managers, Executives and Staff participating as a team – without upsetting the organization’s work culture – has won him many admirers and references. The socio-economic relevance of his work among organizations has often been recognized by the companies and firms he serves and this gives him the vigour to pursue our mission with tireless enthusiasm..

We at MASTERS strongly believe that as the Indian economy is fast evolving into a knowledge economy and hence; only those organizations that can learn and adapt will have a future, others will only have a past. We are reaching out to organizations to moot this idea across in the faith that the concepts and ideas that we espouse through our seminars, training programs and workshops will make employees more keen on learning and adapting to change. Our economy has begun to show the characteristics of a “Knowledge Economy” where intellect rather than money is considered as Capital. In the knowledge economy where knowledge or intellect is capital, the human resource or employees of the organizations and their ability to learn continuously becomes the critical factor of success. In such a scenario; knowledge of the customer, knowledge of “oneself" – to manage stress and increase personal productivity, knowledge of the products /services offered to customers and so on become critical factors of success. Since economic improvement is the engine of social improvement, we the team members of MASTERS believe that, our role as facilitators of effective learning has socio-economic relevance and this motivates all of us to pursue our mission with untiring enthusiasm and zeal.
